In #real estate sales, there can be only one. One listing agent, one buyers agent. This isn't the same as the Law of Scarcity. It's a fact of the #business, second place doesn't get paid. That doesn't mean there's not enough #sales out there taking place for you to meet the goals for your #real estate business. It means that this is a Winner Takes All industry.
