Not only is staying in contact with your #sphere just good business, its the right thing to do. They need a professional. They need an advocate. They need someone that they can turn to when they are feeling #confused about the home-owning process, not just the home-buying and home-selling process.
I used the word #approachable in the video, because even though you maybe marketing and reaching out to your sphere, if they don't feel like they can approach you, they are not going to call or email you back.
Being approachable is very different than being available.
