Find a job you love and you'll never work a day in your life. - Confucius
I was in a conversation the other day with some people who were saying they are tired of real estate agents that treat real estate like its a hobby and not a business.
I understood what they were getting at.
They were speaking about the commitment level of the Realtors, but the "Is it a hobby or business?" discussion is the wrong comparison.
I share why in the video below.
What if you treated your business more like a hobby?
What if you made commitments by getting real estate coaching?
What if you made investments to make sure you had the right tools?
How much are you spending on entertainment vs education for you business?
